Enhance Your Space with an Elegant Garden Design

It all begins with your brief

The Process.

Creating something special starts with the Design Brief.

During our initial consultation, we will engage in an in-depth evaluation of your garden project. This will include a thorough examination of the project scope, how you envisage enjoying the garden, your wish list, as well as your preferred styles. Additionally, we will consider the topography of your garden and explore the relationship between your garden, house and outbuildings.

Plants & Preferences.

At Gardenproud, we consider your plant preferences, favourite colours, and any planning restrictions. With these details, we create a garden design that harmonises with your surroundings, fitting your style and meeting regulations.

BUDGET.

Budget guidelines are an important factor in this process as they will impact the scope of the project, or suggest a phased approach. So we are always keen to agree a budget range with clients before embarking on a design.

Concepts.

Our Garden Designers then research and develop their ideas, gaining inspiration from experience and many different sources . They study the space and come up with solutions based on what you want and what is achievable. They will create a detailed plan that includes things like plants, paths, buildings and water features. To inform the plan they consult with construction and other colleagues. Their aim is to make a beautiful garden that answers the brief, is practical, matches the surroundings and excites the senses.

Outcome.

The finished concept is reached through a consultative process with the Client and may involve a number of iterations. It may include the production of visualisations and computer generated images allowing you to view the concept from different angles.

The final concept is then shared with construction colleagues and it becomes the basis for sourcing materials, plants and a construction estimate.

It also becomes the basis for any subsequent scale working drawings, planning consultation, approvals, and planting plans.

This thoughtful and thorough approach helps ensure every detail is considered and executed with care, resulting in a successful outcome for all parties.
